I’m reading the Spartacus letter–I’ll post the link at the bottom–and apparently Neural Lace technology, which is described by developers as “syringe injectable electronics”, is not just a thing, but farther along than many of us want to know. This article is from 6 years ago, and this is what is being admitted publicly.
This was the basis of a Dean Koontz novel “The Silent Corner”, and presumably the backdrop of the following novels. I only read the first.
So you cannot dismiss out of hand those who claim something more than vaccine is being injected. The tech is probably there, or close to there.
