The Soviets, as a part of the campaign of lies which all Communists enthusiastically undertake, very consciously inculcated self loathing among Western intellectuals, with an aim to weakening us culturally. They attacked, largely successfully, everything unique and good about our culture, while sweeping under an enormous historical rug both their own massive and horrific crimes, and those of every other culture in history.
That allegedly intelligent and “educated” people are still repeating Soviet propaganda 25 years after its inevitable demise–HISTORICALLY INEVITABLE demise, I might add–speaks to the emotional infantilism, cognitive incapacity, and rote attachment to bad habits of our alleged intelligentsia.
