1. I have often observed that people wearing masks cannot understand each other. The masks muffle their voices and inhibit proper enunciation. Their solution? Getting closer together, and not infrequently pulling the mask down to speak.
2. Humidifiers more or less drop viruses out of the air. They are a cheap and easy way to reduce the spread, particularly, of aerosolized particles. Have you heard this? Six months in? I had not until the other day. It was on the Frontline Doctors talk on masks.
3. I think I shared this already, but here is the United States “curve”: https://covid19.who.int/region/amro/country/us
What you see is what I think was intended, which is a never ending series of waves, sufficient to create panic and induce fear, but none in themselves that large. And we now long know that much of that is deaths that have nothing, or functionally nothing, to do with COVID-19.
4. We stand a good chance of inaugurating as President a senile, psychopathic traitor, who literally took money from the Chinese for policy favorable to them. They may well have helped him get elected, if in fact he does get declared the winner, all the massive evidence of cheating notwithstanding.
What I said of Barack Obama holds doubly true of Joe Biden. We knew nothing about Obama. We know EVERYTHING about Biden. He is a stereotype of the glad handing hack for sale to everyone with a few dollars to rub together. He is a Machine politician assembled at General Casting. He has taken bribes for any number of countries around the world, some of them our enemies, or at least rivals.
My vote is that Trump does whatever it takes to stay in office. Our Republic cannot take much more of this beating. We already know that the CIA and FBI are corrupt and in effect acting as the allies of aspiring authoritarians. Without knowing the details, we know there is some profoundly sick stuff going on with the elites, and that most of THEM are psychopaths too.
5. I shout at the wind.
6. I shout at the wind, but the wind does not hear.
7. My challenge is to live with all of this, to relax, to be happy, to do my duty as I see fit, and to try and grow spiritually every day.
