The theory of competing psychopaths

I was talking with a guy last night who had been screwed over–on his account–by a large American car manufacturer.  Later we got to talking COVID, and he commented “people just don’t trust the government”.  I inferred he was a mild but not enthusiastic Democrat, not least because in theory Democrats would protect him from what happened to him.

I said “I don’t trust the government.  I don’t trust large corporations.  In fact, I don’t trust people in general, in organized large groups.”

And this mistrust is historically warranted, and very, very warranted at present, where a cabal of large corporations has entered into what amounts to de facto fascistic partnership with Big Government to control the world.  Big Pharma, Big Tech, Big Media: all are trying to buy a government congenial to their greed.  And they got a guy in the White House who has been playing their sort of ball game for a long time, and in my view all his life.  Joe hasn’t changed.  Washington didn’t change him.  He is wired like that.  If he wasn’t engaging in graft in the 1970’s, it’s only because he hadn’t yet learned how to get away with it, and/or he wasn’t worth much to anyone.

Here is what I will contend: the only lasting way to block psychopaths and those consumed by greed without becoming fully insane, is by making sure none of them control too large a part of the pie.  Adam Smith said, in 1776:

People of the same trade seldom meet together, even for merriment and diversion, but the conversation ends in a conspiracy against the public, or in some contrivance to raise prices.

Competition protected by law was his solution.

And it occurred to me this morning that by design our CONSTUTION amounts to the same thing.  Balance of power amounts to a free market competition between all the elements of our government.  By intention, none of them ever gets a large enough share to dominate the rest.  That is why the 10th Amendment is there, to prohibit the Leviathan that the Federal government has become.

If you have one source of power, then you, as a crook who believes strongly in the principles of plutocracy (those with the gold make the rules), have merely to corrupt that one source.  And that is what has happened in the United States.  We retain much residual power in the sundry States, but they Left KNOWS this is a problem, so if they can’t corrupt the system as a whole by undoing the Constitution (such as by packing the court), they are going to try and corrupt the electorate with FACILITATED illegal immigration.  They are already corrupted the elections.  That is obvious.

It’s tiring for me, looking at the ultimate human stupidity of all this.  They are fighting so hard for glass beads, for yachts, and cocaine and hookers, and I think most of all the feeling of IMPORTANCE.  For what?  It lasts a microsecond, and is not even within many orders of magnitude of the best sorts of experience possible to human beings.  It is the creed and code and lust of morons.

Thought on masks

As I have said many times, there was no data to back mass mask mandates in April 2020.  What data there was was that cited by the New England Journal of Medicine, which shared in passing, without initially realizing the political consequences, the medical truism that masks don’t help with viruses.  No one had argued otherwise in a long time in the medical community.  It was just in the air, assumed.  That whole article was just trying to decide if wider mask wearing in medical settings made sense.

But people have become ATTACHED to masks.

Here is a exercise for your imagination: what if, instead of recommending universal mask wearing, Fauci had done something which perhaps made sense, which is tell all Americans to consume half a cup of Apple Cider Vinegar a day.  Lots of people swear by the stuff.

I don’t have the faintest idea if it would help or not, but masks clearly haven’t.  The best that can be said is that in conditions of slow spread, they seem to slow it a LITTLE, at least in some populations.  In conditions of fast spread, there is no measurable effect.

But nobody in the press is talking about this.  Nobody cares.

Now, if the chosen bullshit nostrum had been Apple Cider Vinegar, nobody is getting addicted to that shit.  And you drink it–or SAY you drank it–at home.

Go into the office and your boss asks you “did you take your apple cider vinegar?”   You answer “sure thing, boss”, even though you had a shot of vodka.  It gets added to the list of questions you have to answer.  You answer yes or no, as appropriate, even though you had a slice of cold pizza for breakfast with a root beer.

My point is that masks are PUBLIC.  They are visible.  They are a way that people have been taught to say they don’t want grandma to die.  They are ALMOST like an act of heroic sacrifice.  They are ALMOST like running into a burning building.  You never know, you just don’t, whose life you may save by wearing one.

Private remedies–even good ones like Vitamin D and Zinc–have nothing like the same potential for teaching rote conformity, and for rewarding it as a virtuous, selfless act, of the sort people really DO want to undertake, but which they usually don’t.  Why?  Well, because they don’t.  How the hell should I know?

A private remedy would have been embraced by some, and forgotten and ignored by most.  That is why I see no way not to see this whole shit show as psychological manipulation that by and large has been working.  I personally have worn a mask maybe twice in the last six months, both times for work.

I think there is a good point here, but I’m not entirely sure I’ve made it.  I’ll throw it against the wall and let you decide if it is dry pasta, or cooked pasta.

How we are like dogs, and how we are not like dogs

Dogs like crates/cages, if they are the right size, and if they grow up with them.  They seem to feel cozy to them.  And dogs like being trained and taught how to do exactly what their human masters want them to do.

Likewise, most people seem to be more comfortable living in small places, like a “polis”–however understood where it happens to be–of AT MOST 10,000 people.  That is the upper limit, and for most a few hundred is enough.

In our minds, we are most comfortable living in a small ideational world.  We have a mythos, and understanding of God–or in the case of Communists, a rejection of God–and we do this on that day, and that on the other.  This is acceptable, this is not.  This is sacred, this we don’t care about.  The details vary, but the rough container seems necessary on some level for all of us.

Spirituality, as I am conceiving, starts in chaos.  We have no rules, no Law, no sacred.  So we, as humans, create it.  That ends an immediate existential emergency.  And we learn to live inside our creation.  This is good.

But then we become ATTACHED to our creation.  We are sticky beings, capable of both order and disorder, harmony and anarchy, and even if we like to cross over the lines into the darkness (or light) we tend to want to come back to some home.

Satanism–and I will note that there are very open Satanic churches working actively to become politically relevant–is perhaps the order following a descent into darkness.  A descent is still movement, isn’t it?  We work hard to get stuck, then we get frustrated from an inability to move.

It’s always some fucking thing with humanity, isn’t it?

But communing with darkness is a movement.  It is simply one which will sooner or later strangle those doing it.

In my view, the chaos led to order, but the next step is to move beyond the artificial order we created for ourselves–and here we differ from dogs–and which consists mostly in projections and partial lies about reality, into the universe as it “really exists”, if such a thing can be said.  I don’t know.  Maybe it IS all mind, and consists in whatever ideas come to us.  But where do they come from?

It gets deep quickly.  I think to the extent a “reality” can be spoken of, it is the reality that can’t be spoken of.  Some Chinese fellow may have spoken of that, while he hitchhiked his way to Tibet.

But always there is this toggling between order and disorder.  Walking, as I have noted, is literally a physical example of balance and imbalance.  Walking in some respects is a series of controlled falls.

Think, though, of the samurai, whose life was inextricably intertwined with their master.  Were they not dogs of a sort, in the good way?  If their master was killed, they were expected to commit seppuku, or so I understand Bushido. If they did not, they became Ronin.

Many of us–myself included–look on this with a combination of admiration and horror.  It can be both.  That is one way to live, and a very simple one.  The path of that sort of warrior is simple.

And that point has been made in several modern movies, such as Le Samourai, and Ghost Dog, in both of which cases the “samurai”, in learning their master has betrayed them, has their master directly or indirectly kill them.

And The Last Samurai has a romantic appeal, doesn’t it?

Think of freedom as the walls close in, and what it means to you.  What is the point of it?  What is its value for you, in your life?  It may be to protect your particular form of obedience.  That is worth something.

And it seems to me that we all need to develop a sense of the sacred for us, of the inviolable.  Through this is the path beyond the sacred, and I think ONLY through this.

Even Satanists must take some things as sacred, which may include the necessity of sacrilege.  Morphologically, it is the same, merely an inversion.

God the Father

Contrast this with praying to Goddess the Mother.

I have a degree in what I will call Comparative Religion.  It’s not surprising to me that the new chaplain–I think it is–at the Harvard Divinity School is an atheist.  When I was at Chicago one of the professors, Paul Griffiths–one of the smartest men I have ever met–delivered a sermon titled something like “Should we abolish the Divinity School?  And he was completely serious.  His story is interesting, but I won’t tell it here.

We were taught to analyze–to break down into its constituent parts, as a sort of cultural anatomy–religion: sociologically, anthropologically and of course psychoanalytically, with Freud, but not Jung, continuing to be a popular tool.

Durkheim taught one thing, Freud another, Levi-Strauss another, but all of them tended to view religion in any terms but those in which the people themselves did.  They viewed religion (Levi-Strauss possible excepted, since I just don’t remember much about him) as illusion.  As a fantasy.  It was a collective hallucination, brought on by social and individual emotional needs which it served to meet.

Here is what I will suggest: clearly, emotional and social factors affect what we see and feel.  There is no need to deny this.  That does not however then logically mean there is no referent to “God”.  It simply means we are projecting onto something subtle but real our own hopes and fears; and, of course, that the IDEA of God can and has been used by people who may have been, and who may as well have been, atheists, for purposes of power and influence and everything else that goes with them.

In our own lives, though, think about it: who gives you nearly everything you need, physically and emotionally, for at least the first 5 years of your life?  Who is the giver and taker, the primary emotional reality which occupies most moments of most days?  The mother, obviously.

And as one of those sex writers commented (it was Erica Jong or Anais Nin), we all live in the womb of a mother.  We call come from a woman.  All of us.  No exceptions.  We were in there.  Inside a woman.

We pray to God the Father since, in male dominated culture, men make the decisions.  You are beseeching a King on your knees, with both hope and fear, and not a loving mother who is happy to feed you.  Is that not an interesting thing to observe?

I think the commentators who view, particularly, most of the Old Testament as the attribution to God of very human traits, are on solid ground.  Most of it says more about the writers than any really real force out there.  But some of it is still beautiful and useful.  It’s not either/or.

Fauci

“You avoid all the paranoid aspects and do something positive. . .  The normal low tech healthy things are the best things you can do.”

This is common sense, isn’t it?  Obvious?  Where, I will ask for the hundredth time, is the recommendation to get Vitamin D sufficient?  I have not researched this in depth, but I think that was the main reason the Finns did so well, with roughly one tenth the death of the United States, without–in my understanding–wearing masks or doing hard long term lockdowns.

Everyone who has an ounce of sense knows Fauci has been bought, perhaps by multiple bidders, who are fighting in the shadows as to what they want him to do next, but based on me seeing people wearing masks STILL, who don’t have to–I am still seeing them walking alone in open air, sitting alone in cars, and for me personally, wearing them anywhere for any reason is still ridiculous–some people have not gotten the message.

What you should take away from this video from 2019, is that Fauci said essentially the same thing in March of 2020.  In April of 2020 he said, more or less, “oh no, I didn’t mean that.  I was just trying to make sure all the health care workers got masks by preventing a run on them.  Now that the supply is back up, every fucking human being on the planet should wear masks fucking everywhere, and probably forever, unless the quarter comes up heads the next time I flip it.”

April 2020 was a lie.  If you doubt this, then tell me why 2019 Fauci matched March 2020 Fauci so well, and both of whom modelled perfectly common sense and medicine as it has been practiced for many many years, in which doctors are taught that masks do something so close to nothing with respect to viruses, that they should be discarded outright as a tool for ACTUAL disease control.  Their only role is manipulating perceptions.  But asking a world to play pretend is a crime in itself, not least when you consider that the rate of disease spread is not being affected in any meaningful way, and that YOU CREATED THE FEAR you are now trying to manage.

No, this is the largest organized crime (and it is a heist, of money in the form of hundreds of billions siphoned off from the two “stimuluses”, or whatever they called them; and of wealth in the form of bankrupt businesses bought up for cheap or eliminated as competitors) in human history.

It is global in scale, highly coordinated and organized, and utterly disgusting and contemptible.  I literally, no exaggeration, believe what Fauci has done warrants a firing squad.  The suicides, the emotional misery, the childhoods destroyed, the famines and hunger, the desperation, the destruction of communities: not one person we have ever executed in this country has killed or tortured a fraction the number of people Anthony Fauci has, with his willful and very conscious lies.

I really don’t think anyone could do what he has done without being a full blown psychopath.

The world has changed

I’m a reasonably reliable person.  I’m certainly not flaky.  I may get drunk, oversleep, and only remember an appointment at the last moment, but I will send you an excuse apologizing, and letting you know that I really want to be there, but something is preventing me.

And the next time, I will be there.  I’d say I communicate 100% of the time, and do what I say I’m going to do 90%.  Those are imperfect numbers, but in my neck of the woods they seem to make me elite.

And there are certainly people who are actually reliable, but who are working on things without telling me.  To my mind, completing a task STARTS with informing the person affected you are starting on it.  Until then, making sure is on their to-do list, since although YOU may know what a solid always do the right thing person you are, the rest of us, absent long experience with no exceptions, don’t.

Lately I’m dealing with more and more people who just don’t communicate.  As easy as it is–a few keystrokes for a very short message which is infinitely different from a non-existent one–it is too much for many.  They seemingly don’t realize that there is a two way street, that there are two people, and that even if YOU know what you are thinking, if you don’t communicate it, you have left the other person hanging, which is an impolite thing to do.

And I was pondering several recent incidents, and it hit me that, whether this recent bout of dealing with flakiness is just bad luck on my part or not, there is no way the past 18 months of misery, confusion, darkness and fog have not left an indelible print on much of humanity.

I think most of us, when this ends–if indeed it ever DOES end, with Australia’s example being so extreme it has to be seen as political conditioning and perhaps foreshadowing–will find ourselves a bit less happy, a bit less trusting, somewhat bitter at the loss of life, less spontaneous, and a bit more irritable.

Why not assume this was intended?  Answer that question in your own way.  I am not even asserting it was intended, although there is ZERO doubt in my mind none of the people running this thing give a flying fuck either way otherwise.  I am simply saying that a grayer people is a more manageable people.

And I will remind you that the Color of the Year in Corporate America–which I interact with daily–seems to be battleship gray.  No joke.

Update (I don’t think I’ve ever done an update): one of the flaky people–I have about 4 in mind specifically–just had an emergency surgery to remove his gall bladder.  He was in the hospital until today.  That’s a quite satisfactory reason not to communicate.

Important comment on the Arizona Audit

DO NOT ALLOW THIS TO BECOME A CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION BEFORE RELEASING THE RESULTS TO THE PUBLIC.

It would not surprise me if the FBI was calling nearly daily to check up on everything, offering assistance, and asking where things stand.  Super friendly.  Super professionally.  Why?

To TAKE OVER AND KILL THE INVESTIGATION.

That’s what the FBI does.  If you want something gone, you Federalize it and they more or less make things disappear.  That seems to be the clear evidence.

Have you heard any more about the “malfunctioning” cameras in Epstein’s jail?  Have you EVER heard about malfunctioning cameras anywhere in any important case, much less one where he was EXPECTED to be murdered?

Or Hillary.  We KNOW–and the FBI ADMITS–she committed hundreds of prosecutable felonies.   Robbing a bank is not “gross negligence”, and the felonies she committed are on par with that; and that is over and above the EXISTENCE of the server in the first place, which alone should have put her in jail.  She good and goddamned well knew what the rules were.  That is why the server existed in the first place: to by-pass the Federal Records Act.  We all know this.  It’s obvious.  That means there were emails she did not want in the public records.  That means, in my view, her emails and texts, had they been found–and recollect they deleted 40,000 emails and smashed a number of cell phones with hammers AFTER they were subpoenaed, which is ALSO a serious crime–would have contained hundreds MORE felonies directly related to political crimes like selling Uranium leases to the highest bidder.

Now, the enemies of freedom and human dignity KNOW that the Arizona audit could–and should–be a game changer.  It is one of the main present sources of hope for many of us, in a world gone mad because grotesquely corrupt.

As I understand it, they were supposed to release it several weeks ago, but they got access to the routers.  If the routers show patent foreign involvement, the tendency to involve national law enforcement will be strong.

I am not sure what the best course of action is, but whatever is decided GET THE RAW FACTS OUT TO THE PUBLIC BEFORE ANYTHING.  This is vital.  The future of the country may depend on it.

What that will do is empower those seeking similar audits in other States.  I hope not everyone at the FBI is corrupt–you only need a few James Comeys and Robert Muellers, ultimately–and that perhaps, if a miracle happens, something honest can be done.  In the end, I’m honestly not sure who else would wind up with it.  A Special Prosecutor would be warranted, but Joe Biden’s people will not allow it, for the obvious reason that he belongs in jail, not the White House.  No criminal can be expected to oversee his own investigation.

Durham did finally indict someone.  Maybe he IS honest.  All this could be added to his investigation, perhaps.

But an actually woke and aware populace HAS to be strongly disadvantageous to our aspiring tyrants.  Those actually woke people might be among the people they want to use as storm troopers.  It will be hard to know for sure.  It’s far better feeding them lies they believe as long as possible.

In the end, the questions facing us is: How do you uncorrupt so much corruption?  It is no trivial task, and it requires allies in power.  Some nations have survived this sort of thing without revolutions, but some nations have not.  Violence is always a bad answer, but sometimes it is the only answer.  It is, as the mobster father of a friend of mine from long ago said “the last recourse of an exhausted mind”.

And I will note that “revolutions” are in effect civil wars.  Such civil wars have been fought often in history, and very often with very unsatisfactory results.  We say the one side is terrible, but the same sorts of people tend to predominate on the other side.  Our own Revolution is one of the few exceptions.  The French did not really benefit from their revolution, at least for many years.  Things got WORSE, in fact, much worse.  The Spanish would have been screwed if the Stalinists (ostensible “Republicans”) had won, equally, and perhaps much worse.

Let us hope and pray that enough people prove themselves honest that political involvement is all that is needed.

Watch this great speech

Start at 23:55.  It’s powerful.  It is still highly topical.

In my view, if you look around you, look at all the people mouthing Communist gobbledy-gook with glazed eyes, even though they have Ph.D’s or power at a national level, it’s impossible to conclude that Barry Goldwater was wrong about anything.  I personally don’t think he was.  He was simply the target of one of the successful smear campaigns in American political history.  If he had been elected, we most likely would not have gone to war in Vietnam, but if we had, we would have won, at a fraction of the cost.  And the people who were, then, pushing that war KNEW IT.

It is perhaps stating something mostly true that he was the Trump of that era, and lacked Trump’s money, name recognition, and overall charisma.  But he was also the daily target of nearly every media outlet in existence, even though he was speaking obvious common sense, as indeed Ron and Rand Paul have been.  In their own ways, they have continued in his footsteps.

The Dark State–or if you prefer Deep State–goes back we don’t really know how long.  Psychopaths are good at getting power and wealth, and when they do, they want more of both, so that becomes their main policy aim.  Their names and specific agendas vary, and as I say, it is reasonable to suppose their agendas sometimes conflict, and sometimes cohere.  There may be a unitary Them, but that is rare in human history.  Strange bedfellows are common.

Big Lies in this country are likely very old, going back many decades.  That the Fed should exist at all is perhaps the biggest.

Anyway, give it a look: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qXBswFfh6AY

Postmodernism is Dada in fancy French wrapping paper.  Ponder in this regard the outer, obvious meaning of Post-Structuralism, which tends to used for most purposes as a de facto synonym.

Narcissism could be accurately defined as an anti-reflective personality.
