Strong minded people judge ideas; weak minded people judge people; and weak people don’t judge at all.

And the truly moronic? Only cast vast McCarthyist aspersions, argue as infants, and make phenomenal personal insults AS their arguments. But– you were saying?
I will add that you just proved my point.
Seriously, read up on Communism. You can't know too many facts about anything, and you don't know a fraction of what you should. People like you think Communism was an invention of Joe McCarthy in an alcohol and hate-filled haze one cold Wisconsin night.
Yet quite literally billions of lives have been ruined by it.
Joe McCarthy ended a few careers. Joe Stalin–whose purges could be called "McCarthyistic", except that they make McCarthy look like a saint by comparison–ended tens of thousands of lives.
But all you dumbasses want to talk about is Tailgunner Joe.
The truth is getting out, despite your best efforts. Deal with it.
This post gets more hits than any other. I don't know why. It may be because I am insulted on here. I will say that for my part, I don't hear insults. I can be insulted a dozen times an hour for days on end and deal just fine with it. Frankly, my experience has been that there are certain very comfortable, very complacent places where the vast bulk of members have literally NEVER heard conservative ideas expressed coherently. They quite literally ASSume that anyone holding such views MUST be a bad person, because how else could they defend a system which in their view exists solely to protect and further enrich a power elite?
Yet, these same people quite literally are unable to wrap their heads around the fact that, whatever the maldistributions of power which may characterize our system, they are MINISCULE compared to the power concentrations enabled by Fascist regimes like Iran and Cuba.
Everyone on Planet Earth should read BOTH "The Rise and Fall of the Third Reich", and "The Black Book of Communism". You will find that cannibalism was common in both the famine Stalin caused and the famine Mao caused. You will find that to this day these atrocities are downplayed and even excused by people who should know better, like Anita Dunn, Obama's erstwhile Propaganda Minister.
I will add that I have also left that comment up there as a prima facie example of Leftist hypocrisy. He accuses me of insult while insulting me. The poster had tried to debate me on a previous thread, and insisted at the outset that the standard of proof had to be absolute, rather than common sense. The only possible proof I could have provided would have been a signed affidavit from Van Jones himself, and then only if he had not subsequently recanted it five minutes later. The "debate" was a farce, which is why he was so peevish.
