The best sort of voter fraud is also elitist

It occurs to me to comment that on the best possible reading, voter fraud is used by elites who think they know more than the people what is good for the people.  The people might vote one way, for one kind of policy, but their views are overruled, their votes negated, and alternative policies chosen instead by elites implemented, all without the knowledge of most of them.

The alternative and more realistic and common reading–I have suggested Justice Sotomayor as a possible advocate of the preceding–is the Joe Biden approach: money and power.  If you are a cheater and a liar, you have to cheat and lie to keep getting elected.  And getting elected PAYS.  You make money.  You get all sorts of favors and privileges.  You get weird sex–pedophila, sadism–that leaves no money trail.

It is quite late in American history to deal honestly with voter fraud.  I think many of the countries that had admired us must be aghast at how awful our system is, how easy fraud appears to be, and implicitly how common it must have been over the years.  It is literally possible that Hillary only lost because James O’Keefe’s undercover work caused her to feel the need to fire that year’s Dirty Tricks team.  As I’ve mentioned on multiple occasions, one tweeted “now you’ve lost the election”.  It may not have been hyperbole.

Based on last nights experiences that I won’t go into, I think I may have touched a nerve somewhere yesterday.  Good!!!!

We are only on this planet for a short time, and the best experiences are reserved for those who are honest, try to do right by the world, and who try and face trouble and difficulty directly and bravely.  Everything else is derivative and decayed.  It has a bright face and an ugly belly.  I seem to be built to stand my ground in the face of overwhelming odds, insuperable difficulties, and unimaginable terror.

Egalitarianism is an elitist creed

I’ve made this argument many times, and many people have made it before me, but just now I was playing out an argument in my mind at the Supreme Court between, say, Justice Sotomayor and Justice Alito.

She would make all kinds of excuses denying that voter fraud is a denial of equal protection.  They would, necessarily, be fatuous, because the argument is sound.  One bad vote cancels out one good vote.  One good vote plus one bad vote equals zero vote.  There is no other honest way to look at it.  It is a vote denied, and if it is allowed–explicitly or by the failure to punish it through prosecution and flipping the result–then it is legally Jim Crow, at least with regards to voting.

But she would get flustered, and eventually Alito would ask her: you WANT voter fraud don’t you?

And in the unlikely event she were honest, she would say “Yes, because it is in support of the good people, the good policies, and progress.”

And Alito could say “so dishonesty is honest when pursued for attractively packaged ends?”

She can’t say yes, so she says something like “we want to help people.  That’s what we are good at.”

And Alito then asks “who is this we?  Does the we include the people who live under the results of policies you can’t get enacted when the people are making the decision?”

SS: “Someone has to direct the people, because they don’t know what is good for them.  The power elites lie to them.”

Alito: “Like you?”

SS: “no  no no we do it for their benefit.”

Alito: “how do you know?”

SS: “Because we are EDUCATED.”

I won’t draw this out fully.  You get the gist, hopefully.  Basically you have an elite that wants to gain absolute power to make “the people”–which never includes them–equal.  Egalitarianism is INHERENTLY an elitist creed, at least when pursued through deception, by emotionally and intellectually shallow people animated mainly by vanity and greed papered over with healthy doses of narcissism and staggering lies.

Pandemics and Depressions

It occurs to me that one could draw a strong correlation between the textbook way to manage an economic downturn–do nothing, and it will sort itself out quickly–and the traditional means of managing epidemics, which is letting them run, and letting those who want to stay home do so.

In the same way that first Herbert Hoover and then FDR expanded and extended what could and should have been a short term downturn, we are extending and expanding this pandemic.

Here is the thing: immunity seems to last only a few months.  Then you, possibly, can get it again.  This means that if you want to KILL the thing, at least for the time being, everyone needs to get exposed to it in roughly a three month period.  It may come back, but the same logic still applies.  And this will be true even with the vaccines, if it is true that immunity is short lived.  In my view, these “vaccines” were developed so fast since they are probably just injecting us with a small quantity of the actual virus.  I believe I posted on this a month or two ago.

And self evidently, INTELLIGENT policy would be preaching continually the virtues of good health, which would apply to all areas of all people’s lives.  Do you smoke?  Now would be a good time to stop.  Are you fat?  Now would be a good time to lose weight.  Do you exercise?  Now would be a good time to start.

Make sure you take at least the RDA of Vitamin D every day, and keep a stash of zinc and Vitamin C ready in case you do get a sniffle.  And understand the sniffle could well be COVID.  In my view, you are either sick or not sick, and if you are not sick, you are never, ever contagious.  But you can be a LITTLE sick, and these are the superspreaders, I think.  They have been told this thing is a vast gargantuan horrific giant of a disease, something that knocks you on your ass and then the hospital.  So if they are already asthmatic and get a bit more wheezy they assume that can’t be it.  If they have some sniffles and a mild sore throat they figure that can’t be it.  If they have allergies and it feels like allergies, they figure that can’t be it.  And if they wear masks, they figure in any event they can’t infect anyone.  This is one obvious reasons why masks most likely make things worse.  People meet and talk and even if they ARE a little sick they figure the masks makes everything better.  It doesn’t.  Flea through a chain link fence.

I have personally talked to at least five men–yes, there is likely some sexual selection here–who refused to believe they had COVID until they were seriously ill, or they got tested on the back end of the disease.  Actually, there was one woman too, who thought she had allergies, until she got tested because her daughter tested positive.

And a good case could be made for government sponsored gym memberships, and public saunas.  You get more good health than you risk transmission, and again healthy people will have almost no complications.

These are all the things a truly liberal, truly fair, truly honest, truly caring government would do, ideally deployed in infinite diversity at the local level, within intelligent broad parameters set by national experts acting in good faith.

That is self evidently the OPPOSITE of what is happening.  We are being lied to, and our misfortune is being used to rob us of civil liberties.  We are also seeing active and utterly disgusting censorship and efforts at narrative control that are utterly antithetical to our heritage of robust and free public dialogue.

Georgia

I weighed not posting this, but I’m going to.

I read the Dominion servers were first ordered left alone by a judge, and then that that order was rescinded.  This was of course disappointing, but then I reflected on it, and from everything I have read, the audit trail was likely erased while the votes were being altered.  So they would not have much if anything even if they had been grabbed tonight.

There are two factors that need to be addressed, though.  First, is it POSSIBLE both to alter votes and to erase the audit trail?  Yes or no.  We need to know this, as the answer appears to be yes.  And if yes, from the records we have, can we correlated suspected accessing of the servers with voting pattern anomalies?  I suspect we can.

Secondly, these things are at root computers, are they not?  And if you delete something in a computer it is not really deleted.  It takes a forensic specialist to find the deleted stuff, but it can be done.  You can retrieve data from computers that have had their hard drives fully reformatted.

This was why Hillary both used special software to “bleach” her computers, and smashed everything else.  She should be in jail for that alone, but don’t get me started.

I hesitated to publish this, because they possibly have not thought of this yet, but there have to be thousands of these things all around the country.  A mad dash to run Bleachbit through them would at this point surely be detected.

So overall the participation of the judge in doing anything starting to be intelligent and responsible, even if their courage failed with the first phone call from one of the crooks, is still gratifying.

There is hope.  America is not yet overflowing with lunatics, even if they are screaming as loud as they can from most of the soapboxes on the internet and cable systems.

I bought Marcus Aurelius’ Meditations yesterday.  I think it is going to quickly become my favorite self help book.

If

If the Supreme Court refuses to hear at least one of the voter disenfranchisement cases, what sane person could conclude anything but that our system is completely and irredeemably broken, and that it was time for Plan B, whatever that may be?

Mountains of evidence exist, but the courts refuse to allow it to be introduced as evidence.  What sane person would be OK with crimes being allowed because no judge could be found who was willing to examine the evidence?  When the plaintiff is the President of the United States, acting on behalf of the majority of Americans who voted?  When 75 million or more Americans have existential stakes in the outcome?

I pinch myself daily, at least in my mind.  All this is still there.  It doesn’t go away.

How did we become so mediocre?  It’s becoming harder and harder to believe that we have not passed a critical mass of decadence and grotesque complacency, blindness, and dogmatic madness, and are growing daily more and more to DESERVE people like Joe Biden and Kamala Harris, and the people behind them.

Somebody seems to want a war with Iran

Just saying.  I think they would like to get it started under Trump’s watch, blame it on him–even though whatever may be planned would most likely happen without his knowledge or assent–and then prosecute it under Joe Biden, who would be “just doing his job” and responding to a “crisis that Trump created”.

The danger of having an unaccountable Deep State cannot be overstated.  It is an existential threat to the lives and freedom of all of us.

This plan of course will not work if Trump stays in office, as he should.  He does not want war with Iran.  Why would he?  Even if they interfered in our election, our job is to make that impossible.  It is farcical that our security would be that horrific that that would even be possible.  It could only be that bad by design, with the consent of the key players.

But that Iran would LOVE to see Joe Biden in office is obvious.  He has probably already taken bribes from them, and would certainly be happy to give them anything they want.

Trump’s most obvious contribution

I’ve said this many times in many ways, but Trump’s Presidency has made it obvious beyond the possibility of dispute that the President does not control his own government.  As President, he can’t get the FBI to do its job, can’t get Bill Barr to do his job, and can’t get the CIA to release the files on the coup they attempted to lead.

Assuming he can hang on–assuming enough honest people remain in this country to avoid handing the White House to a crook who has already sold America down the river–he needs to do a thorough house cleaning.  This is obvious, of course, and a very armchair general sort of thing to say, but I would start by giving a lot of power to Michael Flynn, and possibly appointing a Special Prosecutor, as he recently mentioned.

It goes without saying (although obviously it didn’t in this case, did it?) that he needs to fire Christopher Wray, Bill Barr, and the CIA gal whose name I have forgotten.  I have long thought a formal, old school decimation of both the CIA and FBI (and probably the DoJ and State Departments) would be warranted, if he could figure out a legal way to do it.  I will remind you that a decimation is firing (in the Roman case killing) one tenth of the whole staff.  Anyone suspicious, anyone whose loyalty to truth and the law, and their duty is suspect, send them packing.

This sort of talk is easy.  We need to get him inaugurated for a second term before any of this is remotely possible.

I don’t know if it is possible or desirable or even legal to lobby the Supreme Court, but I would hope they recognize that the framework of our nation is hanging in tatters, that public trust in our system is virtually non-existent–and justifiably so–and that it seems OBVIOUS that voter fraud (an undetected denial of equal protection) has played a major role in it.

I think Barack Obama won in 2008 honestly.  I do not think he won honestly in 2012.  We can’t know how long this stuff has been going on, but most people think 1960 was decided by fraud–old school fraud, of the sort that was done on a national scale virtually on camera (covered windows count) just now.

Recusals

I thought I might try and make this argument more clear.

If, as one example, Clarence Thomas–who was subjected to a “high tech lynching” by Joe Biden–is asked to recuse himself by someone, the patent lesson would be that if Democrats can torture–to within an inch of their ability to not jump up and punch someone–anyone they can’t block outright, then they still win.

Why would they NOT make every future Supreme Court hearing, when the person nominated is conservative, as hellish as possible?  If they can’t stop them, they can tell them they don’t get to play if the case involves the people tormenting them.  This is ridiculous.

Nothing further from justice could be imagined, nothing more counterproductive, and nothing more unfair.  And nothing more damaging to the rule of law and of common decency and basic respect.

It may be that Kamala Harris is saying she should have been more fair to Brett Kavanaugh.  That would be appropriate.

But ultimately all the cases coming to the Supreme Court now seem to have partisan undertones, and the verdicts tend to be rendered along party lines.  Republicans did not invent this game, but there is no reason we can’t play it the same way the Democrats are playing it.  If they want to set the rules, they can’t whine when we respond within their rules in ways which do not favor them.

All of this is anti-liberal madness.  All of this is an abuse of logic and justice.  There should be no question at all that nationally coordinated voter fraud is a large crime, and that it should be punished by taking from them what they most value: a stolen election, with the people being robbed being the American people, even more than Trump himself.

In my view, an HONEST court would easily render a 9-0 ruling in favor of Trump.  But don’t expect that to happen.

Edit: it occurs to me to comment that none of the “liberal” (left leaning, unprincipled opponents of Constitutional fidelity) would need to recuse themselves in any cases involving Republicans.  We did not do to them what they did to our people.

If you throw a rock in the air, it goes up, until it goes down.  There is a difference between up and down.  There is likewise a difference between truth and falsehood, one which our world is doing its best–much of it–to forget.

Cleaning up our voting system

Even if Trump can get to 270 via legislature certified Electors–which seems increasingly likely–we really need a Supreme Court judgement to clean up the system nationally.  It has manifestly been going on a long time, and if the burden of proof is on the victims of it to prove there was enough of it to swing the election, it may go on indefinitely.  We will call it the Lance Armstrong principle.  He never tested positive for any performance enhancing drug ONCE, but he used them to win all his championships.

So did everyone else who beat him.  This would be the corollary Lance Armstrong principle: if everyone is cheating, this standard makes sense.  But if only ONE side is cheating, if literally 100% of the evidence points only one way, then I think my concept I think I called Affirmative Presumption comes into play, which is that if there is evidence of ORGANIZED, coordinated cheating–cheating the same way in multiple cities and States–then you have to ASSUME that the cheating swung the election, at least for the national candidates, and then award them the election.

That is my personal view, which may not be shared by all.  Or any.

But the further point I wanted to make should be easily intelligible and obviously sensible: Voting fraud needs to be labelled, by the Supreme Court, a manifest violation of the Equal Protection clause, making it functionally equal to Jim Crow laws, and thus legally equal to systemic racism, which would be a huge irony, given that the Left continues to tell us we can’t expect black people to be able to figure out how to vote, and that a ballot that has been filled out–by whom, we don’t know, and with what legality we don’t know–MUST be counted or else–wait for it–RACISM.  Bullshit.  Black people are not stupid, and the data I see is that 1 in 4 who voted legally voted for Trump.  To allow cheating is to disenfranchise all those people.

Remember when Mike Pence tried to clean up voting rolls following 2016, when there seemed to be some shady stuff going down?  Remember when, among nearly all Democrats, the Kentucky Secretary of State (whose father went to jail, BTW, for election tampering) declared there was “not enough whiskey in Kentucky” to make her share that data?

What was she afraid of?  Is it not obvious?

With a Supreme Court ruling, filing lawsuits to clean up voting rolls–to rid them of dead people and people who have moved out of State and convicted felons and people here illegally–would be much easier.  The law and morality both would be obviously and clearly on one side.  It will be much easier to end all the crap that has been going on in the Machine cities–Philadelphia, New York, Detroit, LA, Atlanta, Pittsburgh and others–for many decades now.

It’s not funny.  It’s not a “oh that’s just how they are, ha ha” situation.  It’s a serious violation of the Constitution, and of our most important right, that of rendering our opinion in the form of a vote.

Voter Fraud is a Poll Tax that is not payable.  It is a Civics quiz which cannot be passed.
