Joe Biden is a guy who is always looking in both directions, waiting for cues as to the right things to say at that moment, to score political points. There is nothing even remotely spontaneous, warm, funny, or likable–much less lovable–in him. He is much like Hillary in this regard, and probably for the same reason: he is sick in his soul, so he HAS to lie.
But Trump will do well–after preventing cheating, which as sitting President he is much better positioned to do now, and to which he needs to deploy considerable resources–just by saying “I brought you prosperity once, and I’ll do it again. We need to laugh again, get together again, cheer on the home team. Our kids need to be in school.
“Joe Biden wants to surround himself with people who will tell you all the things that are wrong, all the ways you screwed up without doing anything, all the things most of you owe someone you’ve never met. He wants to surround himself with people who get excited telling all of you NO NO NO over and over, while using the power you give them to make themselves rich.
“Not me. I want a giant party, in a giant tent, where everyone is welcome, having fun, and where the punch bowl never runs dry. Prosperity, justice and fairness for all.”
